My name is Twyla Grant and I am a proud native of the South West side of Atlanta, GA. I am a graduate of Columbus State University with a background in higher education, health and social services. During my free time, I find joy and inspiration in traveling, attending music festivals and concerts, and expressing myself through music.
As the Program Coordinator where I am personally responsible for, planning, implementing, and overseeing specific programs or projects within the organization. I am deeply committed to supporting justice-impacted women. I believe in the transformative power of support and opportunity, aiming to empower women to rebuild and thrive after facing systemic challenges.

Executive Assistant
My name is NiaMya Frazier and I am from Atlanta, Georgia. I am currently pursuing my studies at Georgia Southern University and obtaining a bachelors in science. In my free time I enjoy reading and writing. Here at career values, I act as the organization’s Executive Assistant. In my role I contact various rehabilitation organizations throughout Metro Atlanta and discuss our services to them in hopes of future partnership for their participants. I believe that in order to provide support to justice impacted women, you need to possess a certain amount of passion and empathy. I am passionate about this because I believe that everyone deserves a shot at success and by supporting justice impacted women in the success journey it allows them to believe everyone is deserving of that shot as success, as well!

I'm an Educator and leadership Mindset Coach who connects women with modern professional resources to THRIVE in their Careers. I'm passionate about serving justice-impacted individuals and survivors of sexual assault. I've worked in Higher Education and social Services for over a decade. I understand the global impact of LIFE-work balance; therefore, during my free time, I enjoy self-care, including family time.
I married my best friend in 2011, and we have three amazing children; our family vacations are generally near a body of water, and when we aren't traveling or working, you can catch us in the kitchen cooking up a delicious meal while dancing to the tune of our own beat!
